Do One Thing Every Day That Scares You

ImageI’m not necessarily suggesting that you should jump out of a plane or bungee jump every day, but that you should try something that brings you a little bit out of your comfort zone! Try something new. Introduce yourself to someone. Volunteer to help someone out. Ask someone out. Go to a networking event or party by yourself and mingle with others. Start your first day of training for an athletic feat. Sign up for something that you wouldn’t normally do. Practice another language with someone who is fluent. Work on your public speaking skills by giving a presentation. The possibilities are endless.
