Try Something New for 30 Days

So it’s the first day of a new month — do you have a goal that you’d like to work toward? Maybe you want to begin working out a little bit each day, start learning a new language one day at a time, eat less meat, or read more books. Is there something that you’d like to give up instead? Perhaps you have a bad habit that you’re attempting to get rid of? Try something different for 30 days and see how you do. According to the video on Ted.com, it takes about one month for something to become a habit!

I’ve decided that I’m going to continue getting ready for summer by doing a minimum of 500 sit-ups every day, starting today. I’m also going to add another goal by learning a little bit of Italian every day (through Memrise online).

What are you going to try this month? Good luck!
